Is your Company Insured, Bonded, and Licensed?
> Yes! The Ann Williams Co. carries a large insurance policy to ensure that you are covered for any incidentals. We strive to reassure our clients that we value their assets. The Ann Williams Co. carries General Liability coverage at $2 Million with additional Umbrella Liability at $1 Million. We also carry Workers’ Compensation for all of our accounts. Additionally, we are bonded. We will always protect our clients’ interests. You are welcome to request a copy of our certificate of insurance and bond at any time. We are also licensed.
Do you perform background checks on your cleaning technicians?
> At Ann Williams we take pride in verifying that all of our employees are legally documented and have passed a national criminal background search, sexual predator search, and terrorist watch search. Furthermore, each employee is required to wear an official uniform and a photo identification badge at all times while on your property.
Will I have the same cleaning professional every clean?
> We do our best to have the same professionals on your property every time we perform a care cleaning. However, sometimes due to vacations, illness, or cleans being rescheduled, we will have to send a different professional or team instead. Our primary goal is to provide a consistent care clean no matter who cleans your property.
How frequently do you change HVAC Filters as part of your BreatheClean360℠ System?
> To ensure optimal indoor air quality and to maximize energy efficiency, we change HVAC filters once a month. Replacing your HVAC filter regularly helps you breathe cleaner air as it is designed to trap the presence of moisture, mold, dust, and allergens.
Do you provide all cleaning equipment and materials?
> Yes, we provide all cleaning equipment and products. If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to use, we’ll be happy to accommodate. Please inform us in advance so that we can properly instruct our team and coordinate with you on how to acquire the product.
Do you use bleach as a cleaning agent?
> No. We pride ourselves as a Green company. Therefore, we sanitize your home and office using only hospital-grade EPA registered biodegradeable cleaners and disinfectants. Our products are bloodborne pathogen compliant for use against HIV-1, Hepatitis B and C, E.coli, H1N1, and more.
What property types do you service?
> We service several property types such as: Residential Properties, Office Buildings, Government Buildings, Event Venues, Manufacturing Facilities, Educational Facilities, Healthcare Facilities, and Hospitality Buildings.
Are my online payments secure via your site?
> Absolutely! We work with PayPal which guarantees your safety and security. All data transfer is secured and encrypted.
Commercial Care Cleaning Questions
Do you offer Day Porter services?
> Yes! We provide hourly day porter services at your convenience.
Can we contact you outside office hours in case of an emergency?
> Yes. We will provide you with an emergency phone number so that we can assist you with any emergencies that may arise 24 hours a day.
Do you guarantee your work?
> Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with any cleaning service, please contact management and we will get the issue rectified immediately. Our goal is to always exceed your expectations.

How can I pay for my care cleaning services?
> Cash
> Checks

Payment is due at the time of service. All checks and money orders made payable to: The Ann Williams Company, LLC
Does your service require a subscription?
> No. You may cancel your service at any time.
How does your service work?
>
1. Schedule your care cleaning with the option to book grocery delivery and/or recycling pick-up.
2. If you choose to select a grocery delivery service with your care cleaning, your Maid will shop for your grocery items or pick-up your online order, deliver them to your home, and perform your care cleaning all in one appointment.
3. If you choose to select the recycling pick-up service with your care cleaning, your Maid will pick-up your recyclables (FREE bin included with first appointment) during your cleaning appointment and sanitize your bin for re-use. Your recyclables will be dropped off at a local recycling center.
4. If you select both services with your care cleaning, your Maid will perform both services during your care cleaning appointment.
Please Note: Grocery delivery has the option to be booked on the same scheduling frequency as your cleaning or as a One-Time option. Recycling pick-up does not have a One-Time option availability.
Are your services customizable?
Yes! You can customize each service to suit your need and desired frequency.
> You can schedule a care cleaning with the option to include additional services.
> You can include a grocery delivery service AND/OR the recycling service with your care cleaning appointment. Although, the recycling service works best for recurring clients as a One-Time option is not available for this service.
> You can select a different grocery delivery service with each booking.
> Recurring clients can adjust their scheduling frequency at any time (i.e. switch from weekly to monthly).
> Clients may opt out of the recycling service at any time. No subscription is required. The option is also available to opt back in at any time.
> Recurring and non-recurring clients can include a grocery delivery service as a One-Time option with their appointment.
Are there any preparations I should make prior to my Maid's arrival?
> Yes. Picking up loose clutter such as shoes, clothes, toys, books, etc. can help your Maid clean your home more quickly and efficiently.
What if something gets broken in my home?
> Our maids will always handle your home and values with extreme care. However, we do understand that sometimes accidents do happen. If damage occurs, please notify our office within 24 hours so we may rectify the issue.
What time does my Maid arrive?
> We always advise our clients that there is a 2 hour window of arrival from the time of your scheduled appointment. We cannot warranty exact arrival time because it is always hard to predict how long a prior job will take. We always give every home the attention and care it deserves. Futhermore, other factors like traffic and weather can affect arrival time. For your convenience, we can call you 30 minutes before arriving.
How will you access my home?
> There are a few options:

1. You can provide us with a house key that we keep safe in our office in a secure key safe to which only management has access. All keys are coded for security.
2. You can leave your key in a coded key safe lock box outside of your home. Just provide our office with a code and at the end of our care cleaning, we’ll be sure to put the key back into the key safe.
3. You can leave your key in an inconspicuous area outside your home. We’ll lock your door and return the key to the designated area at the end of our care cleaning.
4. You can meet your Maid at your home.
Is your team ok with pets?
> Of course! We love those little family members! However, we ask if your dog/cat is aggressive you let them either play outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of your Maid.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
> We ask that you try to notify us 24-hours before your scheduled cleaning to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We do understand that certain situations are unavoidable. We will always do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. If we do not receive a reschedule or cancellation notice and can’t access your home, it may be necessary to charge up to 50% of your care cleaning fee.
Ooops! What if I still see a smudge?
> We always aim to exceed your expectations and provide top quality service. A service is not completely fulfilled without your satisfaction. Therefore, please contact us within 24-hours and we will gladly return to clean the specific areas that did not exceed your expectations.
Do I have to provide my own recycling bin?
> Of course not! We’ll provide you with your own 18 gallon recycling bin with lid at no cost to you.
Am I provided with a new recycle bin every recycle pick-up?
> To preserve the number of recycle bins for every participating client and to ensure we are able to maintain competitive low prices, each client retains their same recycle bin. However, after your Maid loads your recyclables during your pick-up, your bin will be thoroughly sanitized and refreshed for re-use.
Can I get my recycle pick-up done on a separate schedule than my care cleaning schedule?
> All recycle pick-ups must be performed during your scheduled care cleaning appointment. When booking the recycling pick-up service, it must be booked on the same scheduling frequency as your cleaning appointment. A One-Time option is not available for this service.
What is the difference between Online Grocery Pick-Up & Delivery and Grocery Shop & Delivery?
> Our Online Grocery Pick-Up & Delivery service gives you the convenience of grocery shopping online at a local store of your choice and purchasing your items through online checkout. You’ll then schedule a grocery pick-up of your items at that store. Your maid will pick up your grocery order on your behalf and deliver it to your home.
> Our Grocery Shop & Delivery service allows you the ease of creating your grocery list online in your Ann Williams Co. account. Your maid will perform your grocery shopping for you at the store of your choice and deliver your order to your home. We will simply add your grocery charges to your cleaning invoice. Or we can invoice you separately.
Can I include alcohol in my grocery delivery?
> Yes. However, the recipient of the alcohol must be 21 or older. We will NOT release alcoholic beverages to anyone who is not of legal drinking age. We do reserve the right to inspect the recipient's ID prior to issuance.
How will my Maid be able to pick up my online grocery order without me being present?
> After you book your care cleaning and grocery pickup, you will receive an automated confirmation email that includes the full name of your Maid. Please list your Maid’s full name as the “Receiver” of your order when placing your online grocery order. Your Maid’s name must be listed as the “Receiver” of your order for your order to be released.
Do you shop with re-usable shopping bags?
> Yes! When we personal shop for you, we will always use our own shopper tote bags which are eco-friendly and 100% recyclable.
Can I get my grocery delivered on a separate schedule than my care cleaning schedule?
> All grocery deliveries must be delivered during your scheduled care cleaning appointment. Your grocery delivery service must be booked on the same scheduling frequency as your cleaning appointment OR as a One-Time option.
What time should I schedule my online grocery pick-up?
> We ask that you schedule your online grocery pick-up for the same time as your care cleaning appointment. For example: If your cleaning appointment is for 2:00 p.m, then please schedule your online grocery pick-up for 2:00 p.m. This ensures we stay within our window of arrival and helps to maintain the freshness of your groceries.
Oops! I already booked my care cleaning. Is it too late to order additional services such as grocery delivery and/or recycling pickup?
> No, Absolutely not! Simply log back into your online account and modify your order. If you are requesting a grocery delivery service, please remember to either list the name and location of the store or create your grocery list. Please don’t hesitate to call us at 919-891-0022 if you need assistance.
